Just found out that one of my favorite authors, Maeve Binchy, died today at the age of 72 after a brief illness. Her books were light fiction but she had a true gift at describing true human emotions and interactions.
When I told M, my 7.5 year old, about Ms. Binchy her response was “did she get shot?”
Something is wrong here.
